Cluster Automation Services
Terms of Use
Last updated:
Please read these terms before using our website. They are written to be clear, not complicated.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.clusterautomation.in (the "Website") operated by Cluster Automation Services, House No. 35, Shree Ram Sankul, Ramrao Nagar, Tal. Igatpuri, Ghoti, Nashik 422402, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website only. Enrolment in any course is governed by the admission form, fee receipt and any written terms provided to you at the time of admission, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
2. Course information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information about courses, topics, duration, batches, timings and fees accurate and up to date. However, course content, schedules, trainers, fees and availability may change. Information on the Website is for general guidance and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment.
Fees, batch dates and admission conditions are confirmed only in writing by our admissions team at the time of enrolment.
Suggestions from the course finder are general guidance based on your answers. They are not professional career advice, and you should make your own decision, with our admissions team if you wish.
3. Certificates, ISO certification and placement support
On successful completion of a course, where stated for that course, we issue a certificate of completion from our centre. Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific course, our certificates are not a university degree, diploma or government qualification, and are not a licence to practise any regulated profession.
Cluster Automation Services holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, with the scope stated on the certificate, issued by an independent certification body. This certification relates to our management system and processes. It is not an endorsement of any individual course or outcome by the certification body or by ISO, and it does not certify individual students.
Placement support: "100% Placement Support" means that every student who completes a course with us receives placement assistance, which may include career guidance, CV and interview preparation, and information about job openings and employers. We will make every reasonable effort to help each student find suitable employment.
Placement support is not a guarantee of employment. Whether a student is offered a job depends on factors outside our control, including the student’s own performance, attendance, conduct, skills, qualifications and willingness to relocate or accept available roles, and on each employer’s hiring needs and decisions. We do not guarantee employment, a particular employer, salary, role, location or promotion, and no fee is refundable on the ground that a student was not placed, except as required by law.
Placement support may require the student to complete the course, attend scheduled sessions and interviews, and keep the centre informed of their availability. Testimonials and student stories describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
4. Enquiries and communications
When you send an enquiry or request a call back, you agree that our admissions team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry. You may ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or SMS, or by contacting us. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages to numbers registered on the National Do Not Call registry, except as permitted by applicable regulations.
You must provide accurate information and may only submit your own details, or the details of a person who has authorised you to do so (for example, a parent or guardian for a student under 18).
5. Fees, payments and refunds
The Website does not accept payments. Fees are payable at the centre or through the payment methods we confirm to you in writing, against a receipt.
Cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing at the time of admission and apply to your enrolment. Where no written terms were provided to you, please contact us and we will deal with your request fairly and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Testimonials and content you submit
If you submit a testimonial, rating, photo or other content through the Website, you confirm that it is your own genuine experience, that it is accurate, and that you have the right to share any photo you upload.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and publish your submission (with your first name, last-name initial, photo if provided, course and rating) on the Website and our social media and promotional material, until you withdraw your consent. We may correct spelling or obvious errors and shorten your text for display, but we will not change its meaning.
We review submissions before publishing and may decline any submission at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, about another person, or promotes another business. We do not pay for or reward testimonials, and we do not publish testimonials we know to be fake.
You may ask us to remove your testimonial at any time by contacting us.
